December 2016 marked CMETrust's ten year anniversary as an organization. Our Bright Futures campaign celebrated a decade of hard work, growth, and success, and aimed to create a strong foundation for an even better second decade. 

The Tenth Anniversary Bright Futures campaign expanded the dimensions of what is possible for CMETrust. Thanks to your support and our hard-working team of volunteers, our Tenth Anniversary campaign raised more than $200,000 in committed funding for our programs and fostered many new partnerships that will continue to impact the organization for years to come. We were also able to celebrate our scholars, graduates, their families, and our team of amazing volunteers and Kenyan Field Representatives during celebrations in Mathare. 

Through contributions from foundations, businesses, and individuals in Canada and in Kenya, we've achieved a level of success we'd never imagined. We'll be able to support more scholars than ever before, and have an even bigger impact in the Mathare community. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for your support throughout the campaign, and the last decade.
